Each Friday the children will be given homework tasks in order to reinforce and extend the leaning which has taken place within the class. It is important that this is completed and returned to school.
Every child will select a reading book to bring home to share with an adult every day. In this way we hope to engender not only proficient readers but a love of reading. Please read with your child and sign the reading record at least 3 times during a week. We make every effort to ensure that any homework your child brings home does not baffle parents. To help support you, we run a number of Parental Workshops which are designed to help you help your child. Further details can be found within this section.
